Directions:: I - 95, exit on Okeechobee Blvd going East. Go past the railroad tracks and the Kravis Center. The Columbia Restaurant is on the left side of Okeechobee Boulevard in City Place. The Palm Beach County Convention Center is across the street on the right side of Okeechobee Boulevard.

Crisp lettuce with julienne of smoked ham, natural Swiss cheese, fresh tomato, olives, grated Romano cheese and our famous garlic dressing.

Pollo "Champinion"
Chargrilled boneless breast of chicken topped with a grilled sliced portabella mushroom and a rich Spanish Amontillado sherry sauce. Served with "Good Rice".

Mahi Mahi "Cayo Hueso"
Boneless fillet of Mahi Mahi marinated in citrus juices and grilled. Served with yellow rice, platanos, yucca and mojo.

Boliche "Criollo"
Roasted eye round of beef stuffed with chorizo and roasted in a flavorful gravy. Served with black beans, white rice and platanos.
