Butler passed hors d’oeuvres : Mini Beef Wellington- Tender Cubes of Beef Tenderloin with a Mushroom Duxelle in a Puff Pastry, Coconut Shrimp-Dipped in a Pina Colada Batter, Rolled in Sweetened and Flaky coconut served with complimentary featured wines & beers
