Executive Mentorship
The Chamber Mentorship Program is designed to foster meaningful, one-on-one connections between emerging talent and established leaders across Palm Beach County. Through highly customized pairings, this initiative supports professional growth, business leadership, and community engagement throughout the year.
Program Overview
Customized Pairings
Participants are matched based on industry, goals, experience level, and cohort focus. New cohorts launch at various times throughout the year.
Flexible Duration
Each mentorship cycle varies in length depending on the cohort, with typical engagements lasting 4–6 months.
Time Commitment
Mentors and mentees are encouraged to meet for 2–3 hours per month. Structured events and check-ins may be included, depending on the cohort.

Mentors
Chamber Trustees, Board Members, and experienced leaders committed to supporting the next generation of business and civic leadership.
Cost
There is no fee to participate in the program. Optional event attendance may carry nominal costs.
Application & Selection
Participants are selected through an application process and paired intentionally to create strong, relevant connections. Each cohort may have its own focus or theme.
