This transformative program—offered by the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches—guides up to 28 selected participants through an immersive, seven-session experience, introducing them to the foundations that power our community: government, education, economic development, healthcare, arts, and more.
Each session is more than just a lesson. It’s a connection. Participants hear directly from decision-makers, engage with key institutions, and explore the neighborhoods and industries that make West Palm Beach thrive. From city hall to cultural corridors, Leadership WPB provides a behind-the-scenes view of how the city operates and how tomorrow’s leaders can shape its future.
By the time graduation arrives in June, participants don’t just walk away with a certificate. They leave with a deeper understanding of West Palm Beach, a network of peers equally committed to positive impact, and the tools to lead with confidence and purpose.
