The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches was proud to welcome the 2025 graduates of the Mayor’s Jumpstart Academy into our business community. These dynamic entrepreneurs have completed a rigorous program designed to help underrepresented small business owners launch and grow ventures right here in the City of West Palm Beach.
To support their continued success, each graduate received a one-year Chamber membership—offering access to exclusive events, business development resources, and a powerful network of local leaders. They will also be the first cohort to participate in the Chamber’s newly established mentorship program, where they’ll be paired with experienced Chamber members who will serve as trusted advisors and champions.
This mentorship initiative is designed to provide hands-on guidance, accountability, and encouragement as these entrepreneurs work to turn their business plans into sustainable operations. Through regular one-on-one meetings, mentors will offer strategic advice, help navigate real-world challenges, and open doors to new relationships and opportunities that support long-term growth.
“The mentorship program is a pathway to long-term success,” said Michael Zeff, President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. “We’re excited to support these entrepreneurs not just with all the services our Chamber provides to the business community, but also with relationships, resources, and real-world insight.”
As these promising founders begin the next phase of their journey, the Chamber is honored to walk alongside them—offering mentorship, opportunity, and connection as they build businesses that will help shape the future of our local economy.
This partnership highlights the Chamber’s commitment to supporting small business entrepreneur innovators through mentorship and collaboration.
